I can’t find my downloaded file.
Some browsers won’t download a zip file for security reasons. To solve this – click your download indicator (usually located on the upper right menu of your web browser). From there you will probably see a “suspicious file” notification and an option to download.
What file format did I download?
Every download is in Zip format. You will need to extract the zip file to access the .var files. Virt-a-Mate expects .var files in your \VAM\AddonPackages folder. See How to Install.. below for more information.
